We deliver behaviour support services in people's homes, educational, employment and community settings.

Bloom Behaviour Support's Mission is to reduce behaviours of concern and improve quality of life through evidence based, trauma informed assessments and consultation services.
Bloom Behaviour Support's owner and Director, Kathryn has practiced as a Behaviour Support Practitioner for over 20 years. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Applied Science - Intellectual Disability (Hons) and is registered as a Developmental Educator.
Kathryn is a highly experienced practitioner who specialises in evidence-based behaviour assessment, therapeutic plans, support and training for people with complex needs, including people with a disability and people with autism.
Kathryn applies Person Centred Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), psycho-educational and trauma informed frameworks to improve quality of life for individuals and their support networks.
Kathryn is passionate about understanding the needs of individuals presenting with behaviour support challenges and working collaboratively to improve the person's quality of life and wellbeing and to generate positive solutions for change.
To receive services from Bloom Behaviour Support, the person must have funds in their NDIS plan in Capacity Building Improved Relationships support category. Bloom Behaviour Support provide services under the following items;
Specialist Behavioural Intervention Support (Support Item #11_022_0110_7_3)
Behaviour Management Plan including Training in Behaviour Management Strategies (Support Item #11_023_0110_7_3)
